Our Cowgirl is THREE

I gave Holland several theme options for her birthday party. She quickly responded, "Yes, yes, yes!" when I mentioned a cowgirl/cowboy party. And so the planning began. I love planning a party, and I love it even more when it's for such an excited and gracious birthday girl. She asked me several times a day for a week, "Is it my party today?" And so, on the day of the party when she woke up and asked, "Is it my party today?" I was happy to finally say, "Yes, yes, yes!"

The kiddos in attendance:
Holland (the birthday girl)
Taggart (although he was whisked off for a nap shortly after the party got started)
Zackary Stimpson (who flew in from Texas!)
Carson Matsalla
Siena & Aria Glover
Caroline Sadler
Aubrey & Mim Bjorklund
Reece & Kennydee McKelvie

The adults in attendance:
Me and Tyler
Grandma Lucy & Grandpa Charlie
Tina & Emily Stimpson
Sheri Glover

And now, before I go any further, I owe a HUGE shout-out to my parents. Seriously, they are ALWAYS there for me, no matter what I ask of them. My dad made wooden stick horses so that each child could have one to take home. My mom helped with set up and night before party prep. I am so blessed to have the best mom and dad in the entire world!! Thanks for everything, mom and dad. I love you!

The stick horse races were by far the favorite activity. Holland kept yelling, "AGAIN!" There was also Pin-the-Mustach-on-the-Cowboy, and a Coloring Corral where the kids colored pictures.

There was also FOOD! S'more pops (marshmallows on a stick dipped in chocolate and crushed graham crackers) , Mud (chocolate pudding with Oreos and a gummy worm), Hay Bales (rice krispy treats), Tractor tires (mini chocolate donuts) and bottles of milk and water.

This was Holland's first friend birthday party. It was so cute to watch her open the gifts and hug her friends and say "Thank you" after each gift. She was so excited...and so grateful. Love her!

When I asked her what her favorite gift was, she said, "Cake!" Funny girl. The next day she revised her response to, "My scooter from Grandma and Grandpa, Cake, and Chalk."

After all was said and done, I asked Holland if she liked her party. Her response, "Of course. It was fabulous!"

Three Fish in a Tree. How Can That Be?

Dear Holland,

This phrase from One Fish Two Fish by Dr. Seuss is as perplexing of a thought as the fact that you are now 3-years old! How can that be? No, seriously, how can that be?

There are absolutely no words that could ever fully express how much I love you, my Miss Bliss. The minute I held you in my arms and our eyes locked I knew, without any doubt, that you were always meant to be mine - always.

I love your long shiny blonde locks and your stunningly blue eyes. I love how much your little personality has developed in the past year. You are funny, funny, funny! You are adventurous and tenderhearted. You can whine with the best of them and smother us with kisses the very next second. You love to make us laugh and sometimes tears just flow when I look at you or hear something you say - you are a pure miracle!

It's amazing to think how much you have grown and learned in the past year. You ask me a lot lately, mostly when we are snuggling before naps or at bedtime, when you turned into a "Big Girl" and if you were a "Baby" before that. I, without fail, tell you that you still are my baby and that you always will be. You always come back with, "I'm not a baby. I'm a big girl." And, yes, Holland, you really are a big girl these days, but just a second ago you really were my baby girl and I need you to slow down a bit so I can keep you this way a bit longer.

A glimpse of you at this age:
  • 3' 3" tall (90th %)
  • 29 lbs. 13 oz. (about 35th %)
  • You speak in full sentences well-beyond your years. Because of this (and because you are so tall), people constantly guess that you are 4-years old.
  • You love your little brother Tagg. The two of you are so fun to watch playing together. In fact, in the past few months he has become less of a baby and more of a little man which you seem to love. You wrestle, laugh, dance, and just be silly together. Sometimes you love him more than he wants at the moment, but he'll be so grateful for all that love someday soon. He's a lucky little boy to have such a fun, funny and loving big sister.
  • Speaking of funny, you seriously are a little comedian at times. You have this little jig that you like to do just to make us smile. You make up words and meanings for those words. You make silly faces to get a reaction. You love to hide and jump out to scare us.
  • You are still trying to figure out if you are left- or right-handed. You seem to use your left hand most of the time, but you go back and forth so I'm not totally convinced yet which it will officially be.
  • You enjoy coloring. Your favorite color has changed from blue to purple (with your discovery of Sofia the First), so most things you color are primarily PURPLE. It's cute and pretty funny!
  • You are daytime potty trained, sleep in a toddler bed and no longer use a sippy cup.
  • You are still a picky eater and basically survive on milk, rice, nachos, quesadillas, and apples.
  • You love your grandparents and can name each by name: Grandpa Charlie, Grandma Lucy, Grandma Maggie and Grandpa Craig. You know exactly where each one of them lives and you like to tell us so - Salem, Utah; Eagle, Idaho; and at the temple with Heavenly Father.
  • You can recite your home address, momma's cell phone number and your birth date. You've known the alphabet since you were about 20 months and you now count to 20 whereas a few months ago you put "eleventeen" in as substitutes for a few of the teen numbers. You know the colors of the rainbow and you know left from right.
  • You like to jump off things, especially when we go for walks - like off all the green electrical boxes and stuff in peoples yards. You are getting more brave and jumping from higher heights as well.
  • You love riding your trike, but you are definitely growing out of it though. Good thing Grandma Lucy and Grandpa Charlie gave you a scooter for your birthday.
  • You ask "Why?" a lot. And, as much as I often don't really have an answer for some of the questions, I love that you want to know and learn about everything.
  • You love to do abcmouse.com and do your preschool workbook. You definitely have a thirst for knowledge!
  • You have a new-found love of the movie FROZEN, like every other girl in the world. It's so fun to hear you singing every song at the top of your lungs at home, at the store, in the car...everywhere! You've got the actions memorized to Let it Go, right down to when to throw your glove in the air and pull your hair down into a side braid. And, speaking of, you ask for an "Elsa Braid" at least 3-4 times a week. I've gotten pretty good styling your hair that way.
  • You still love the movie PLANES and the movie and soundtrack CARS. Your favorite TV shows are Sofia the First, Cat in the Hat, Curious George, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Caillou and Sid the Science Kid. You rarely watch Baby Signing Time anymore, but you still request the music when we are in the car. When Sofia the First comes on you INSIST that we hit pause so you can get dressed in your Princess Sofia dress-up dress.
  • Speaking of music, you LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to sing. You know a lot of songs and you aren't afraid to belt them out at any given minute. You love "Daddy Music" which is anything that daddy listens to. You love for us to turn on the stereo so you can sing, dance, and twirl in the living room.
  • You are the oldest in your Nursery class at church, and as much as I think you are ready for Primary, you still come home excited to have been there and happy to show us your art work and tell us about the lessons and songs you learned.
  • You are shy around people that you don't know, and even some that you do know. I often wish that everyone could see the silly talkative person that you are. But at the same time, I appreciate that you are leery of strangers and that you reserve the real you for those you truly love and know.
  • You are a big helper. You know how to set the table for dinner and you like to ask if you can help whenever I start pulling stuff out to make cookies, or bread or...well...let's be honest, I don't cook too often, but when I do you want to help. And you love when we both get our aprons on (both made with love by Grandma Lucy) for the occasion 'cause it truly makes it official mommy-daughter cooking time.
  • You are working hard on proper etiquette (aka Reverence!) during prayer time and you are getting really good at praying without too much help.
  • You love books. You memorize them quickly and are so good and reading (aka reciting) them to me, daddy and Tagg. Going to the library to check out new books is one of your favorite things.
  • At night you've started saying, "Don't let the pigeon drive the bus" after we exchange our I-love-you's. I think it's the most precious thing in the entire world!
Oh my goodness, Holland Bliss, I could go on and on and on. I'm sure as soon as I wrap this up I'll think of 20 more things that I really want you to know about the 3-year old you. I guess I'll just have to edit and add them, right?

I love watching you grow. I love being your momma. I love you!

Love,

Momma

I Want to Remember it All (Part I)

Seriously, I want to remember the good, the bad, the ugly...the hysterical and precious moments that are so completely fleeting I find myself freaking out sometimes. Literally - freaking out. I mean, when I got Holland dressed a couple Friday's ago for the Princess Birthday Party she had been anxiously looking forward to, mostly because it meant she could wear her Princess Sofia dress-up dress, I had tears in my eyes as I placed a plastic tiara on her head. Plastic. What the heck? Yep, I'm totally THAT mom! And get this, the tiara was a "treat" she picked out at the Dollar Store to put in her "poop basket" as a reward for going poop on the potty. Since #2 has yet to end up anywhere near the toilet, I couldn't help but grab it for a final touch to her outfit for the party. So, ya, it's these details that I want to remember.

Speaking of the "Poop Basket" (or as Holland says, "Poop Basick"), Holland has been potty training and doing a phenomenal job...as far as #1 goes. We attempted, as you may recall, to begin potty training around her second birthday, but the no-pants-for-three-days-potty-training trick did not work in this house. I finally gave up and decided that when she is ready she'll show more interest and then, I hoped, it wouldn't be so hard. And guess what? It's been CAKE! A few weeks ago, right before we went on a mini-vacay to St. George and Vegas (post about that soon), Holland told Tyler one night that she needed to go potty. And so it began. Even on vacation, although we still kept her in diapers, she would say she needed to go. So when we got back we started putting undies on her and now it's been three weeks and she's only had a few accidents. She's a rock star! Oh ya, except for the poop. We'll figure that one out...eventually. Until then, the "Pee Basket" sees a lot more treats disappearing than does the other basket.

Holland turned 33 months a couple weeks ago. (I'm totally laughing that I just wrote her age in months. I used to shake my head at people like that. Eating my words I guess.) That means, sniff-sniff, she'll be THREE in just THREE months! Holy cow! When grown-ups/parents (I really didn't consider myself completely grown-up until I became a mom) used to talk about how fast time goes, and how they couldn't believe so-and-so was so grown up, and how they remember when Joe Schmoe was just 'yay-high' I really thought they were a little (or a lot) over-dramatic. But I 'm here to say that I was wrong...or to say that I am now one of those over-dramatic people. But seriously, time goes so fast!!!!! Remember when Holland was just super tiny and all she could do was sleep, eat and poop. It was yesterday, right?

So Holland lately has just seemed so not a baby anymore. Maybe it's that her bum is so tiny with only undies on and no diaper, and that, in turn, makes her seem taller and thinner. {Oh ya, she stills wears diapers/pull-ups for sleep time...but often wakes up dry! Way to go, Miss Bliss!} Maybe it's that her vocabulary is quite incredible. She says some of the funnies things. Like the other night, while rocking her before bed, she cuddled up to me really tight and said, "Daddy smells yucky." Then she took a long, deep sniff into my neck and said, "Momma, you smell yuuuummmmmyyyy! You smell like marshmallows!" And then she kissed me on the cheek. Ahhhh!!! Tyler later told me that she told him the same thing, and he vowed to shower after the gym before snuggling with Holland.

Speaking of funny things that Holland says, here are a few of her one-liners: "I was totally freaking out." "Oh, mommy..." Both of these things in a totally teenager-ish voice. "Darn the darn." "And I was like, what?" On Sunday I asked her how church was, and then asked her who her nursery leaders are. Her response: "I suppose I don't really know, actually." Uh. For real? Who is this girl?? She's still two, right?

Holland loves to play make-believe lately. Maybe I've mentioned this before, but we are always characters of different TV shows and/or movies. For instance, we are regularly characters of Berenstain Bears (self-explanatory) and Planes (Holland = Dusty; Tagg = Skipper; Tyler = Echo; Me = Echo; Grandpa = El Chupacabra; Grandma = Dotty). Also, Cars, but this one only Holland has a character and it is, drum roll please, Lightening McQueen, of course! She pronounces it 'Lie-ping.'

This little lady of the house continues to to amaze us with her language, knowledge, memorization, and just smarty-pants-ness in general. We checked out a book from the library a few days ago, read it to Holland and Tagg and bed time about four or five times, and then today Holland 'read' (recited) it to me word-for-word. She loves books and can at least a couple times a day be found sitting in front of her bookshelf in her room looking through books. She loves to ask 'Why?' and 'What does that mean?' and 'How do you say that?' She begs to get on www.abcmouse.com every day. And, I love that she calls it that, 'abcmouse.com' - it cracks me up. But really, what else is she supposed to call it? It's just funny to me to hear a two-year old say a web address. Anyway, It's an online preschool curriculum that Holland is plowing through. And, seriously, it's so refreshing to know that some of her screen time each day truly is educational. But, ya, she still loves TV as well, but we try to keep it to a minimum and as educational as possible. (See Below about things that drive me crazy!) Lately she really only watches a couple shows in the morning, Cat in the Hat and Curious George. But then afternoon hits and I have to work and - dang - she also likes Berenstain Bears, Caillou (this one drives me a little insane - his voice - ugh!), Poppy Cat, Sid the Science Kid (ditto what I said about Caillou), Zou, and Bob The Builder. But her all time fave lately is 'Kipper.' Not really educational as far as I can tell, but she laughs through every episode I've let her watch. It's this dog with an English accent. I seriously LOVE to listen to her when this show because she laughs so hard. Just hearing her laugh like that makes me laugh. I love it! Oh, and there's Princess Sofia on the Disney Channel. Hence, Holland's love of the color purple.

Purple! Everything must be purple lately. Every Sunday she comes home with a purple drawing. It kind of cracks me up. She's MY daughter. Growing up I claimed purple and yellow as my favorite colors. She wants to wear purple, color with purple, play with purple - seriously, all things purple!!! Well, except 'Pink Baby' who is still pink and Holland is still attached to her. I love that she has something that brings her comfort that we can take anywhere to give her a sense of security. I'm seeing this is a crucial thing for kids - and I'm all for it.

Holland does drive me crazy sometimes. But really, the driving me crazy times are far outweighed by everything else. But, remember, I said I want to remember everything. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!

Holland sucks at eating. It makes me insane. Literally. We've tried pretty much every tactic, and everything we've tried gives me huge flashbacks to my childhood where my very own mom tried the exact same tactics - where I won most of the battles, not her. Sadly. And so I've finally decided that this is a battle that I choose to not overly fight. She has to try at least one bite of everything on her plate, and that's it. She'll learn. She's only 2. Right? Right.

What else? She's somewhat addicted to screens. I take the blame for this. Totally and completely my fault for using the TV, the iPhone, the Kindle to buy myself a little more time to work or get some things done around the house. I'm trying to put more strict limits on all three. It's hard.

She get's the most wired right before bed. I have somewhat of a love-hate for this time of night. I love her silly side, I just wish it would blossom mid-day instead. I love the one-on-one time when it's my turn to put her to bed. But I find myself longing for the time when she would just snuggle up and let me rock her and she'll fall sound asleep. I could rock her forever. Now she's all chit-chat and I want this and that. Her delay tactics are improving by the week.

She's kind of a little bully with Tagg at times. I don't think she means to be. I think she doesn't know how to express some feelings yet. She sometimes gets really excited and wants to hug and kiss him and he's just not wanting it. Then when he's ready to be her shadow she's needing her space. Ugh! And she has this obsession with poking his cheek. Not sure how to get this to change, but I count to 10 about 10 times a day so I don't explode over such a little thing.

I love Holland's personality. She tells me daily that I am her "Best Ever." Melt my heart! I love to hear her say, "I love you , Momma." She gives the best compliments, some that you would never think you would hear. Like when she tells me that I am "yummy." Who would have thought? She tells us "good job" when we do simple tasks for her, like helping her put on her clothes. It's the cutest.

A few other things that I want to note so that I can remember, which is what this post is about: Holland is great at putting her own coat, socks and shoes. She even puts her shoes on the correct feet nine times out of ten. She always asks, 'Is this the left? Is this the right?' She is amazing at puzzles and is getting really good at coloring rather than just scribbling all over the page. She recognizes the separate pictures and colors each, albeit not in the lines. She loves music! We have a Pace Dance Party in the living room several times a week. And not to kiddy music mind you, but stuff like Houdini by Foster the People, which she calls "Disappeared." She loves her little bestie, Carson Matsala. They play rough and tough and I think it's so darn cute. She doesn't really play well with other kids yet though. Maybe I need to schedule more play-dates? She loves her Grandpa Charlie and talks about him quite often. Well, him and his 'blue swing.'

Holland loves her daddy and calls for him first thing every morning. She hangs out with him in the garage and loves to "hang out" with him, which means snuggle on our bed and watch The Simpsons. She's inherited the "obsessed with trains" gene from her daddy as well. Put she got my crooked pinkies.

Holland is so good about letting me do her hair and dress her in the outfits that I pick out. She loves it most when both of those things involve something purple though. She loves to wear hats, all types. She loves to go bowling, get balloons and/or ice-cream at Maceys, ride in "car" shopping carts, play at the park, go for walks and she love-loves for us to drive 'wiggley-waggley.'

I can't imagine not having this little girl with such huge spark in our family. She is the one that made me a mother and for that, and so many other reasons, I am eternally grateful to her. I'm not sure she will ever truly know how much I love (am obsessed with!) her. Maybe when she has her own daughter. Oh my. Gasp. Time. Slow. Down!

I love you Baby Cakes, Miss Bliss, my Holland!

Love

Lately I find myself looking at Holland and thinking, "Man, she is so stinkin' cute!" And then I look at the little man who is constantly at her side and think, "What the heck? He is flipping adorable!" So ya, I'm pretty much the luckiest person in the whole, entire world.

I mean, get this. I have a little girl who makes me laugh, even when she's naughty; keeps me on my toes with her incredible desire to learn and carry on conversations; and can bring me to tears with just a simple kiss on the cheek. And on top of that, I have this miniature man strutting around my house like nobody's business, making me smile all while body-slamming Holland (out of love, I think.) He can flirt with the best of them, can snuggle up to my chest as though he's filling a hole that only he can fill, and can shake his little booty on the dance floor at the drop of a hat.

These two littles are my heart and soul. The butter on my bread. The peanut butter to my chocolate. The cheese on my crackers. You get it - they make my world go round. And who am I so blessed to have as my partner in crime in bringing these little people into this world? Ya, Tyler...my main squeeze, my lover, my best friend, my comic relief, my therapist...my eternal companion. I'm just so blessed!!! Ya, ya, I know it's not yet Valentine's Day, but it's just a few days away, so it's totally OK that I just put all that mushy stuff in here about Tyler, right?

To say that I love my life is pretty much an understatement!

Personalities and Opinions

Two things happened today that reminded me that children definitely have their own personalities and opinions. I'm so lucky to spend my days and nights with these amazing and funny little people!

 Tagg.

This morning it was just me and Tagg hanging out while Holland was playing at Carson's house and Tyler was running errands. When he woke up from his nap we played outside for a while. After we came inside, Tagg was not happy about it. Still, I took off his jacket and hung it up and tried to distract him with some toys. He wasn't having it. He came up to me and was hanging on my leg trying to get my attention. I finally figured out that he wanted something down the hallway. I followed him. He stopped at the coat closet and started banging on the door. I opened it. His coat was hanging on a hook and he grabbed for it. I was cracking up at this point! I put it on him and he walked off all proud. He went straight to the front door and started banging on it. I opened the door and he crawled down the step, turned around and smiled at me with the BIGGEST smile. He was so happy to be outside!! I guess after being sick for about two weeks he just really needed some sunshine and fresh air. I closed the door and went inside and watched him from the front window. He seriously was so happy. I tried to bring him inside a few times but he would just freak. So I sat in the window seat and let him hang out on the front porch for about 15 minutes. His nose was red and snotty, but he was happy. And really, that is all that matters!

 Holland.

Tonight was one of those nights where I prepare a plate of food for Holland with tiny portions of the exact same thing that Tyler and I are having for dinner. She was all cute about naming what each item on her plate was - turkey, green beans, stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce...and a slice of bread. Tyler and I both pretty much begged her to eat. She went to time out once for not sitting on her bottom and for messing around and not eating. She came crawling (literally) back to the table and Tyler and I couldn't help but laugh. She finally said she would eat if I would sit next to her. I told her that she just needed to try a little bite of each thing on her plate. She messed around and stalled. I said, "Just eat three beans and you can get down." She grabbed a bean and put it up to her lips and then said, "Mmmm." and then she put it down. Bug! I finally said, "What looks good on the plate that you want to try?" After thinking for a while, she finally grabbed the slice of bread and said, "I'll tell you what, momma. I better just eat this bread 'cause the beans are dangerous." I could not stiffle my laughter. Dangerous? Where does she get this stuff? Seriously, this girl cracks me up every single day!!!

I am so in love with these kids. I cannot get enough of them....even when they won't eat and have snot covering their little mugs!

A First for our Family

We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning as a family...just the four of us. I was worried that it wouldn't feel like Christmas without being with my parents, or without being with Tyler's family. I thought it would feel like just another day. I was so wrong!

Christmas Eve started with going out for Chinese food. Then, once back home, we each opened our Christmas Eve gifts - PJs, Christmas books and the DVD of The Polar Express. Holland had fun finding places for each of our Christmas stockings to be laid out and then we slipped the kids in their new PJs. Holland was loving that they were matching. We read the new Christmas stories and said our family prayers, then after putting Tagg to bed for the night, Tyler and I snuggled up with Holland in the family room and watched her new favorite movie (she's been watching it on YouTube for weeks!) - 'Polo Espress.' To say that she loves it is a serious understatement. And not just the movie, the book and the soundtrack as well. She's got all three memorized! Listening to her sing the songs is beyond adorable.

Oops! Open your eyes, Tagg.

Before going to bed, Tyler and I filled the stockings and laid out the gifts. It was at that moment that I got really excited at the thought of how fun Christmas morning was going to be.

Morning came. Tagg woke up early. Holland slept in.

We brought the stockings to the kitchen table and let the kids pull things out of them while they ate their breakfast. Tagg was, understandably, pretty oblivious as to what was going on. However, he did smile now and then as he pulled out a new toy from the stocking. Pretty sure he was most excited about the banana slices on his highchair tray that he was shoveling into his mouth.

Holland's favorite stocking item - the finger lights! I had to search a few dollar stores in SLC to find them. Maggie had received them at our Eppley Family Christmas Party a few days earlier and had let Holland play with them. It was a little difficult to get Holland to give them back to Maggie that night. So, ya, she loved that she got her own Christmas morning!

Once breakfast was over we went into the living room we had the kids go into the living room. Tyler tried to point out to Holland that she had more gifts laying on the couch. Holland was so unsure about it all that she literally started running in circles. Hysterical! I think she was so overcome with the fact that there were more gifts she just really didn't know how to contain herself.

Needless to say, our first little Christmas as a family was pure perfection!

Holland loving Tagg's gift from Grandma Maggie
We then headed to my parents house for the rest of the day. I was so excited to give my parents their Christmas gift. I had a small snapshot of their wedding picture edited, enlarged and framed. I thought their would be tears, but their weren't. Dang. But they loved it - tears or not. ha!

After giving my parents their gift, we got to open gifts from them. I was blown away by the thoughtfulness, time and love that went into the gifts. My mom had made fleece blankets for each of the grand-kids and had pieced together, then had professionally finished, the most gorgeous quilts ever for each couple! On top of that, my dad made copies for each of us of his grandparents' life history. I'm still amazed, and I'm sure I will be forever, at the tenderness that accompanies hand-made gifts.

I felt like we then ate all day long! We had brunch, then Skyped with Missionary Geoffrey Eppley, then ate some lunch...and then there were treats, and more treats...and ya, I might have gained 5 lbs. yesterday. Totally worth it!

For sure, a Christmas to remember!

Oh...and Holland LOVED playing in the snow, wearing her new snow pants and coat, with Grandpa for probably and hour, if not more. She loves her Grandpa. Thanks Dad!

Side note, and no picture (darn it!): Tagg broke out in a rash that ended up being Rosiola. No wonder he had a low fever the past couple of days and wasn't sleeping all that well. Good times! We made a stop for Benedryl on the way home. He slept like a champ...and so did I. A Christmas miracle!!!

Ugly Christmas Sweater

For our Eppley Family Christmas Party we had dinner, games and....and an Ugly Sweater Contest. It was seriously so much fun! I tried finding sweaters at DI. No luck. I happened to find two sweaters of Tyler's that went out of style years ago - for real. I think he said he had them in high school. They are both size large. What the heck? No way would he have fit these when he weighed like 120 lbs. I'm going to have to search his old pictures to see if there is proof that he wore these.

Tyler won the category of  "Ugliest". He was a good sport to wear the design I came up with - Christmas Dog pooping down the front of him. Yep, I'm just that creative.

WINNERS!
The Hostesses with the Mostest
"Best Sport" award should really go to my dad because I know that this was totally and completely out of his element. Or, maybe the award should be titled "Best Husband Award" for going along with my mom's idea when I'm sure he really didn't want to. I love that my mom mixed up our family party to add this fun activity - LOVE HER!

Lisa, Todd, Nathan, and Christopher
Christopher's little gingerbread man was actually a dancing Christmas decoration. It was so funny! Wish I would have gotten video of it.

And now, for a category that wasn't an actual category at the party, but is totally a category in real life. The winners of the CUTEST KIDS EVER AWARD:
